Instructions

Preparing the dough.

  1. Activate the yeast.

    • Get yourself a bowl & put in 1/2 cup of warm water.
    • Stir in salt and/or sugar (optional)
    • Put in the yeast & let it sit there for a minute or two.
  1. Refrigerate the dough.

    • Add the flour & give it a good stir.
    • Pour in the oil & mix a little more.
    • Seal it in an airtight container, stick it in the refrigerator & walk away.
  2. Let it set in the fridge for up to 1 week. The dough gets stronger flavor the longer it sits.

I keep mine in for around 3 days.

Cooking the dough.

  1. There's a couple of ways to do this.

    • Plop it on a pan & just flatten it out with your hands.
    • Fold it over a few times & stretch it out.
    • Just squish it a bit with your hands & drop on the pan.
    • I suppose you could sprinkle some flour on it & flatten it out with a rolling pin.
  1. Now bake it in a 450º oven. Yep, that hot. Cook it about 15 minutes & you got yourself a pizza.

Note

The salt & sugar (about ½ tsp. each) can change the flavor profile a bit, but they are not necessary.

You can turn it into lots of things…

a pizza, cheesy bread, garlic bread, a dessert pizza

Heck, you could even cut in half & make a sandwich out of it. The sky is the limit.
