Think pizza dough is complicated, think again. This four ingredient pizza dough is easy & fun to make. Just stir it with a spoon, pop it in the refrigerator & give it some time to ferment.
Let it set in the fridge for up to 1 week. The dough gets stronger flavor the longer it sits.
I keep mine in for around 3 days.
Now bake it in a 450º oven. Yep, that hot. Cook it about 15 minutes & you got yourself a pizza.
The salt & sugar (about ½ tsp. each) can change the flavor profile a bit, but they are not necessary.
You can turn it into lots of things…
a pizza, cheesy bread, garlic bread, a dessert pizza
Heck, you could even cut in half & make a sandwich out of it. The sky is the limit.
